North London Collegiate School (NLCS) Jeju seeks an inspirational Principal to lead NLCS Jeju. Opened in 2011, the school is a co-educational boarding school for pupils aged 3-18 years, bringing NLCS’s ethos of rigorous scholarship, extra-curricular excellence and outstanding pastoral care to South Korea. The school offers IGCSEs and the IB Diploma Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful NLCS family of schools and shape the future of one of South Korea’s leading educational institutions.

The successful candidate will combine a track record of highly successful leadership experience, developed in the UK or internationally, with inter-personal skills and cultural awareness to inspire the NLCS Jeju community and manage diverse stakeholder relationships. First-class communication skills with the gravitas to act as a visible leader and ambassador are crucial as is the ability to work closely with our partners and parents to meet their needs. A genuine resonance with NLCS’s educational values and a commitment to further developing these in NLCS Jeju is essential.
