In this vital role, the management of our busy Front of House will be in your hands. You will be the first point of contact for many high profile clients and candidates who visit or call us. We will look to you to ensure that they all receive the highest standard of service from the offset. Internally, as a key part of our Project Management team, you will manage our suite of meeting rooms and ensure the smooth and effective running of meetings. You will also be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective functioning of the office, ensuring it is well-maintained, taking a proactive approach to arranging any necessary repairs and ensuring there are sufficient supplies of stationary and equipment.

It will be your responsibility to coordinate all company events, carefully managing budgets and making key decisions on venues and caterers etc., amongst a number of other projects. Proactive and valued, you will take care of travel, accommodation, and other bookings for consultants, clients and candidates. In return, you will gain great exposure to the business and be in good stead to grow and develop.

 

The person

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to proactively multitask and manage your time effectively. You are highly organised and outstanding attention to detail is a must – you will share our passion for consistently delivering excellent quality work. With first-class people skills, you will be articulate and clear, both in person and on the telephone, and confident liaising with leaders at the most senior level. Solutions-focused and results-driven, you will thrive on challenge, remain calm under pressure and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity. As you will be at the heart of the business, it is crucial that you are positive, enthusiastic and a great team player, as well as being able to work independently.
