The University now seek a Director of Jobs for Students to shape and implement its key strategic agenda, enhancing graduate employability and employment outcomes. The post holder will lead and manage the ‘Employment Team’ and work collaboratively with Academic Schools, Faculties, and Central Service departments, to ensure that the University achieves and maintains a high level of performance in all national measures. They will bring exceptional customer relationships, communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of developing strategic industry collaborations.  Critically, they will offer a strategic understanding and excellent knowledge of the graduate labour market, its challenges and trends. They will demonstrate political awareness and acuity in promoting the employability agenda both within and beyond the University.
