The Roehampton Business School is a key contributor to the success of the University of Roehampton. The Director of Roehampton Business School will lead a growing Department which has a growing research reputation and expanding student numbers, both on-campus and with high quality collaborative partners.

This appointment is an exciting opportunity to continue the Business School’s development in world leading research and the delivery of excellent education with a rich diversity of students. Working in a collegial culture with committed colleagues, the Director of Roehampton Business School will lead continued international and professional accreditations at School-wide and programme levels to enhance international reputation and student employability. Over the recent period, the school has successfully launched new provision across BSc, MSc and MBA, with a clear philosophy of developing business/career ready graduates. This focus is now to enhance the ‘on campus’ student experience, develop sustainable partnerships to further grow the school and embed a sustainable research culture delivering world-leading and internationally significant research.

The appointee will have significant leadership experience, and the ability to build academic excellence across a portfolio of activities. The role requires an entrepreneurial, open and inclusive approach, and the ability to develop opportunities across the University and with external partners.
