The Girls’ Learning Trust is the only all-girls multi academy trust in the UK. We deliver a first class education to young women, ensuring that they realise their full potential and are well prepared for their future lives. Comprising three high performing secondary schools – Carshalton High School, Nonsuch High School and Wallington High School – we are known for our provision of an excellent standard of education, our strong professional development provision and our commitment to creating a wealth of opportunities for girls of all backgrounds.
We now seek a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop the Trust further and ensure our continued success. The successful candidate will be a visionary and a strategic educationalist who will lead an executive team that includes three experienced Headteachers and the Trust Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) in shaping the further development of the schools while growing the Girls’ Learning Trust’s reach and impact further.
Our new CEO will be a creative and visible leader, passionate about working with girls from all backgrounds and committed to nurturing talent within organisations. He or she will possess a substantial track record of success as a Headteacher/Principal or at a more senior level, with excellent strategic and communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships with a diversity of stakeholders. Energetic, entrepreneurial and resilient, the appointee will demonstrate enthusiasm for sharing best practice, for fostering broad perspectives in young people and delivering an excellent and innovative education for girls.
