How you can make a difference

Under the general guidance and leadership of the Country Representative, the Chief of Private Sector Fundraising is responsible for the coordination, planning, development and realization of a private sector fundraising strategy and plan for growth for the China CO. He/she will be responsible for the analysis and management of the relationship with local and global partners and of all private sector fundraising channels and activities, ensuring engaged and long-term partnerships, as well as flexible and unrestricted resources.

To qualify, you will bring:

·         A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising or business development for an international organization, non-profits or companies, coupled with significant managerial and leadership experience

·         Experience at strategic management level and of team leadership

·         Experience in sales and of developing partnerships with the corporate sector

·         Strong management and coordination skills in a complex multi-organizational setting
