HEC Paris is now seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader to guide the operations in Qatar as their next Dean. The appointee will hold a PhD (or equivalent) as well as an established, leading international reputation in a competitive and relevant field of research. They will embrace and articulate its unique positioning and oversee its continued path of excellence in teaching and research as well as in cuttting-edge innovation and strategic development of the portfolio. The Dean will develop, manage and sustain both internal and external relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the region and will lead and develop staff in order to build high-performing teams to ultimately help evolve Qatar HEC’s strategic position as a leading business school.
