ICS is looking for an experienced Head of Schools beginning August 2020. As the chief administration and education officer, the Head of Schools is accountable for the operation and management of all school divisions (kindergarten, elementary, middle, and higher). The Head of Schools provides strategic leadership, supervision, and spiritual guidance to the faculty and takes responsibility for the creation of a safe environment, management of the budget and resources, academic and curriculum development, and community-building initiatives. Strategic and authentic leadership, passion, entrepreneurship, innovation, and cultural sensitivity are required to ensure that ICS’s development align with its mission, purpose, and core values.
Qualifications and Experience
A globally competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate, together with medical cover, education and travel allowances for dependents.
