Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Trustee, to join our passionate, dynamic and collaborative Board of Trustees at Unicef UK. We are looking for a committed individual who will bring their financial expertise and skills to help us deliver our ambitious strategy and our vision to do whatever it takes until every child is safe and able to fufil their potential.
You will be an individual of exceptional calibre with a clear commitment to children and their rights. You will be a strategic finance leader with experience at a senior level in a commercial, public sector or not for profit environment. You will bring vision, excellent communication skills and an understanding of robust governance. With gravitas and credibility, you will be able to operate effectively at board level or equivalent.
If you are motivated to help to us achieve even more impact for children, please apply.
The closing date for applications is 9am BST on Wednesday 17th July 2019.
We particularly welcome applications from black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates, and candidates with disabilities, because we would like to increase the representation of these groups on our board. We want to do this because we know greater diversity will lead to even greater results for children.
