The University now seeks a Deputy Vice-Chancellor to join them on this journey who will bring truly inspirational leadership and a bold, innovative, transformative outlook to teaching and learning activities. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and President, you will work in partnership with stakeholders, including colleagues and students, to develop and deliver the University’s education strategy, championing the vision and direction. As a member of the University Executive Board, you join the small team of leaders driving the University towards a successful future.  You will be a key player with input into institution-wide strategic planning and development and will bring a comprehensive understanding of the evolving UK Higher Education sector as it pertains to learning and teaching. This position requires an individual passionate about the difference that education makes, with the courage and conviction to try new initiatives and embrace change, including the significant potential that digitally based learning brings. The University is particularly keen to identify those who will seek new chances for innovation and impact, and who will work closely with stakeholders internally and externally to achieve these.
