The Principal and the Governing Body now seek an outstanding Bursar to provide strong operational, financial and strategic leadership, ensuring the efficient and integrated delivery of a range of services in support of the School. For an exceptionally able individual, this post offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of this leading international school, grounded in British values yet central to the dynamic growth of world-class education in South Korea.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level and will combine a strong track record of broad operational management experience with a strong awareness of the strategies needed to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. With first-class interpersonal skills and significant business acumen, the new Bursar will balance a capacity for strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail. A strong service ethos and genuine commitment to supporting NCLS Jeju in providing an aspirational academic education in accordance with the ethos of the group is essential.
