Comprising of six schools, the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts prides itself on its leading teaching, applied research and ongoing partnerships with relevant professions and the communities it serves. Strong and active ties with the professions and key industry ensures that the Faculty remains at the forefront of current thinking and enables the Faculty to best equip graduates with the knowledge and expertise to enhance their employability.

Following a merger of two schools, the Faculty is now looking to appoint an inaugural Head of School and Dean (Education). Reporting to the Executive Dean and as a key member of the Faculty Executive Group, Head of School and Dean (Education) will play a leading role in reshaping the School and providing strategic direction that will uniquely position the School as a leader in education.

We are seeking visionary and energetic individuals with experience leading and inspiring teams to work towards a common strategic direction. Furthermore, individuals with evidence of building strong relationships with external partners such as schools, government and accreditation bodies would be highly relevant. A commitment to teaching and learning and supporting students to navigate their studies in combination with paid employment is essential.
