Amnesty International is a Nobel Peace Prize-winning global movement of more than seven million people in over 150 countries who campaign for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all. Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses.

Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they're denied. And whether we're applying pressure through powerful campaigning and advocacy supported by high quality research, or direct lobbying, mass demonstrations or online, we're all inspired by hope for a better world. One where human rights are respected and protected.

We are seeking a highly experienced financial leader who is passionate about creating a better world to join our newly formed Coalition Leadership Team.

You will have a clear track record of accomplishment as a senior leader of an international financial operation and be committed to ending human rights abuses. You will show strong leadership, coaching and analytical skills, with a track record of robust financial management, sponsorship of the IT strategy, driving organisational development and oversee the inhouse legal and global securities and work force. You will be comfortable navigating complexity, creative in the face of challenge and have outstanding strategic skills. You will thrive in multi-cultural environments, be a passionate believer in diversity and relish the opportunity to contribute significantly to drive transformative change in our global organisation.
