S/he will have intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in leading and developing a high performing finance team is essential, as is a genuine resonance with the distinguished charitable history and ongoing mission of the Foundation.  The Foundation welcomes applications from financial leaders with commercial and charitable backgrounds outwith the education and care sectors.
