With a rich history dating back to its founding in 1513, Nottingham High School strives to be a place where children from a diversity of backgrounds can achieve the highest possible standards in a respectful and encouraging environment.  Situated in Waverley Mount in Nottingham, Nottingham High School is a co-educational day school providing 1,100 places for pupils aged 4 to 18.

The School now seeks a driven and dynamic Head of Fundraising with the expertise, energy and ambition to ensure Nottingham High School has the resources to support the critical growth of its bursary provision.  Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations and working closely with the Head of the School, the Head of Fundraising will invigorate the fundraising function at Nottingham High School and have a significant impact on the School and its educational offer.   

The successful candidate will bring an excellent track record of success in fundraising and proven experience of major donor cultivation.  A highly motivated self-starter, he or she will possess first class communication skills, drive, confidence, initiative and flexibility. The appointee will be committed to the transformative impact of education and will be aligned with Nottingham High’s values and commitment to social improvement.
