Established in 2000, Right To Play is headquartered in Toronto, Canada and has operations in 22 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Right To Play (RTP) is now seeking a strategic and visionary leader to increase our reach, impact and reputation in the USA. The National Director, USA position is a senior leadership role for RTP in the United States and is accountable for fulfilling the goals and objectives of the organization within the USA. The National Director will work closely with our Toronto headquarters as well as colleagues in other National and Regional Offices to achieve global revenue, brand and stewardship goals.  Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer of RTP International, and to the Chair of our US Board of Directors, the National Director, USA is responsible for the effective operation of our New York-based national office.

The successful candidate for our next National Director, USA will be an inspiring, innovative and growth-oriented leader and committed team-player, an effective manager of people and operations, and a passionate and compelling representative of RTP’s mission with our range of stakeholders. The National Director is responsible for developing revenue through HNWI, corporate, foundation, institutional, and mass market channels in support of Right To Play’s brand awareness and strategic funding objectives.  They will cultivate and steward the U.S. Board of Directors while working to double the size of the US Board through strategic recruitment efforts. The individual will lead, support and engage our diverse and dedicated group of staff.

The offices are based in New York, NY, USA. We anticipate around 10% travel required, domestically and internationally.
