The School’s suite of MBA programmes is delivered in two modes and from three locations: Executive MBA (Bradford), Executive MBA (Dubai) and Digital Learning / online (Global).

The Digital Learning MBA continues to grow from strength to strength having been ranked 10th in the world and 3rd in the UK according to the Financial Times Online MBA Ranking in 2019. The programme is also ranked 1st in the world for value for money, 5th in the world for career progress, and 1st in the UK for salary increase. The School is also one of only seven to be awarded the NHS kitemark for its MBA programme.

The School now seeks to appoint a highly motivated academic or business professional with a relevant strong track record in distance/digital postgraduate programme management and executive level teaching to continue providing outstanding academic leadership and oversee the academic standards and quality of the learning opportunities offered to students in the University of Bradford’s Digital Learning MBA and other programmes in the School of Management. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in, and passion and enthusiasm for developing and delivering digital/distance programmes at the postgraduate level in business and create a positive and stimulating intellectual working environment for international staff and students. Over time, the Director is also likely to play a key leadership role in the wider School of Management keeping abreast of emerging technologies to identify how they can be used to provide flexible, innovative and exciting approaches to teaching and learning to give a competitive advantage, cost-effective solutions and continual process improvement.
