The opportunity

The Exeter Centre for Leadership links contemporary, innovative, and a multidisciplinary research agenda together with outstanding students, leading academics in the field, and external partners in order to engage, shape, and inform current leadership behaviour focussing on high-quality research and impact. The University of Exeter Business School is now seeking to appoint a Director of the Centre for Leadership to continue guiding the development of the Centre in their ambition to be a world-leading centre.

About you  

The successful candidate will demonstrate world-changing and impactful research in contemporary leadership and governance with outputs consistently recognised as internationally excellent. They will have an ability to engage successfully with faculty across the school, attract vibrant leaders in the field, identify strategic and exciting new partnerships with industry and attract competitive research funding.
