Senior Organisational Learning Manager
To establish a truly high-level learning culture, Laudes Foundation is looking for an individual that would take a senior role in developing a successful global learning culture within the organisation.
The Senior Organisational Learning Manager (SOLM), part of the Effective Philanthropy (EP) team of the foundation, will lead and execute organisational learning across the foundation. The individual will play an integral role in operationalising the EP strategy as related to organisational and partner learning. This individual will improve knowledge and use of lessons and learning to drive effectiveness, results and long-term impact while engaging with partner organisations and networks to enable learning and sharing of knowledge across organisations.
As a senior representative of the foundation, the SOLM will also serve, externally, as an ambassador and champion for learning and, internally, as a critical thinker and collaborator across programmes and staff at all levels. The SOLM will identify relevant learning content to be crafted into engaging and effective learning events and products.
