Trinity College was founded by Henry VIII in 1546, and is one of the largest of the Cambridge Colleges. The College wishes to appoint a strategic, ambitious and highly effective individual to the position of Human Resources Director, who will work with the Junior Bursar and other professional services leads in the development of the College’s working environment. The postholder will lead a highly effective, agile and professional HR team that responds to developments in both the higher education sector and the wider world.

We are seeking candidates who are closely aligned with the ethos and mission of the College and bring significant experience of dynamic human resources leadership in a complex organisation. The successful candidate will be able to operate with creativity and intelligence, have exceptional diplomacy skills, and the ability to deliver results across the breadth of College activities

An executive search exercise is being undertaken by Perrett Laver who will support the College in identifying the widest possible field of qualified candidates and assist in their assessment against the requirements for the role.
