The Perrett Laver RISE Leadership Network is a member-led network for aspiring and established professionals from BME backgrounds working across a range of sectors.  Members represent Perrett Laver's core mission driven sectors - Higher Education, not-for-profit, wider educational organisations, arts, culture and sport - as well as aligned organisations from the private sector.

The Rise Leadership Network provides opportunities for members to come together to:

• share experiences, challenges and opportunities encountered in progressing their careers as BME professionals;
• to hear from successful BME leaders in a range of fields and to learn from their experiences;
• build a mutually supportive environment where events and discussion topics are generated by, and reflect, current topics of interest to the network members.

These events and discussions are supported by the expertise of Perrett Laver colleagues. We offer:

• online or in person space for members from all institutions to come together;
• speakers and panel members of relevance;
• executive search expertise and associated knowledge sharing regarding career development, interview technique, how to work with head-hunters and other topics to support members' career aspirations.

Members are also encouraged to ask a friend or to join in the network or to attend networking events.
