Tudor Hall is a vibrant and successful boarding and day school for girls aged 11-18. It is situated in 46 acres of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside with a mix of traditional country house buildings alongside ground-breaking, and enlivening, high-tech modern learning centres. Tudor Hall offers a holistic education in an inclusive and nurturing community where first-class pastoral care and wide-ranging co-curricular opportunities underpin a rigorous academic offer.
The Governing Body now seek an inspirational leader to succeed Wendy Griffiths who will retire after 18 years of outstanding service. The new Head has an exciting opportunity to further develop a highly successful school, propelling the Tudor community forward in the continued pursuit of excellence in all areas. A key deliverable of the role is to position the School as a front runner in the education of girls and young women in the 21st Century.

At its core the enduring Tudor Hall ethos is one of compassion for others and the new Head will foster this.
They will also act as a compelling ambassador for Tudor Hall with a variety of external stakeholders. A passion for girls’ education and an exciting vision for the role that Tudor Hall can play in developing the next generation of female leaders, thinkers, influencers and change-makers is essential.
Tudor Hall is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo an enhanced disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
