The Migration and Human Trafficking Portfolio seeks to increase the wellbeing of vulnerable migrants and refugees, helping them flourish and participate in the common good, as well as reduce trafficking and rates of re-trafficking. Reporting to the Director of Portfolios, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and passionate individual to join Porticus in one of its priority areas. The Portfolio Manager, Migration and Human Trafficking will, in collaboration with regional offices, draft and implement the global strategy, manage a highly skilled team, create innovative funding programmes, and be a powerful thought-leader.

A dynamic and inspiring leader, the Portfolio Manager for Migration and Human Trafficking will bring a minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience in issues related to the movement of people. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of strategic leadership in a non-profit and social justice setting, and demonstrable experience of people management in truly global and matrixed teams. They will be a compelling advocate on migration/human trafficking, skilled at engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, grantees and partners, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The position can be based in any of the global Porticus offices, with flexible working arrangements also possible for the ideal candidate.
