Board Practice

Our Board Practice works across all of Perrett Laver’s Practice Groups. All of our Board clients are public facing and positively impact society in some way, whatever the cause, from sustainability, to international development to social mobility, our Board Practice has the very fun and highly rewarding job of appointing Chairs and Trustees to incredible organisations. We engage with next generation candidates e.g. the UK's leading tech entrepreneurs, as well as the most eminent and well-known public/private sector leaders in the country e.g. FTSE Chief Executives and people sitting in the House of Lords.

We have been privileged to support appointments such as the Chairs of Oxfam, University of Edinburgh, International Baccalaureate, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Northumbria University and the Royal Shakespeare Company. We have also supported with multiple Trustee appointments for UNICEF, WWF, University of Cambridge, UKRI and Sport England.

The Board Practice at Perrett Laver is one of the fastest growing in the Company and there is serious scope for progression in this Research Associate role.

Research Associate

By combining the intellectual and analytical skills necessary to grasp complex briefs and the research skills to identify world-leading candidates for leadership roles, the Research Associate role is fundamental to our business. Flexible, rigorous and attracted to complexity, you will have the advocacy skills to engage world-class senior leaders on behalf of our varied client base.

You will work under your own initiative in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistently excellent results. Throughout your time at Perrett Laver, you will be part of a strong, global network of colleagues who inspire and encourage you as you develop in the role while making a real difference to our client institutions.
