We are now seeking a positive and confident development leader with an abundance mindset. The successful candidate will thrive on reciprocal relationships, social enterprise thinking, and have a passion for inspiring generosity for women and girls worldwide. World Pulse’s Vice President (VP) of Development will report to the CEO and collaborate with a dynamic and engaged Board of Directors, advisory network, and team to build a proactive culture of abundance and financial prosperity.

In partnership with the CEO, this position is responsible for all fundraising and development activities. The successful candidate will help steward current donors, and forge new relationships to build World Pulse’s visibility, impact, influential alliances, and financial resources. Supervising the Development Manager and Development Consultants, the VP will have primary responsibility for establishing and implementing the strategy and infrastructure needed to exponentially increase and diversify $1.5M+ in annual revenue through the development of major donors, foundations, corporations, and innovative online giving with a goal to raise $10M+ over the next three years.

If you are a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with demonstrable experience and success in development as well as a clear alignment with the vision, mission and values of World Pulse, then we look forward to hearing from you.
