Reporting to the Chair and the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive leads a Senior Leadership Team and will have ultimate responsibility for over 700 staff around the globe and the sustainable generation and growth of our impact and long-term sustainability.
The Chief Executive should bring leadership experience with proven track record in multi-function commercial and not-for-profit companies. You should be a true “internationalist” with significant professional or lived experience of the global south. She/he must be a visionary and exceptional leader who is an excellent and inspiring communicator for varied audiences, with the following attributes:

The salary for the role is commensurate with the seniority of the appointment and the role is based in Rugby, UK. We are looking to fill the vacancy in the latter half of 2021 and first round interviews are tentatively scheduled for Mid-May while second round interviews are scheduled for early June.
While we welcome candidates of all nationalities and from all locations, candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, either by having UK nationality or be viable for a successful UK work permit application. They must be fluent in English and will undergo a mandatory basic DBS check, PEP compliance screening and training in safeguarding.
