We have been privileged to support senior appointments of a number of Irish Universities including Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork and Maynooth University and the team here operate across Europe working closely with Perrett Laver London and Amsterdam offices. The Dublin office at Perrett Laver is one of the fastest growing offices in the Company and there will be scope for progression in this Research Associate role.
By combining the intellectual and analytical skills necessary to grasp complex briefs and the research skills to identify world-leading candidates for leadership roles, the Research Associate role is fundamental to our business. Flexible, rigorous and attracted to complexity, you will have the advocacy skills to engage world-class senior leaders on behalf of our varied client base.
You will work under your own initiative in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistently excellent results. • Bachelor's degree;
• interest in the Higher Education sector;
• excellent verbal and written communication;
• sharp and rigorous analytical skills and attention to detail;
• tenacious, committed with strong personal values;
• strong inter-personal skills both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Postgraduate qualification (Masters or PhD) especially in Engineering, Life or Physical Sciences and Data Science;
• previous experience in a workplace;
• fluency in another language.
