Through our work identifying leaders around the world, we are determined to contribute to delivering on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Perrett Laver is now seeking to appoint an executive search consultant to join our team, with a specific focus and expertise in diversity and inclusion at the international level. Reporting to the Founders, Perrett Laver’s first Partner, Diversity & Inclusion will support us in delivering on our genuine commitment to improving outcomes for our clients and candidates globally. This client and sector-facing role will be integral to the strategic direction and success of Perrett Laver, serving as a key internal and external thought leader, enabling our DEI capabilities and recruiting efforts.
