TNC is now seeking an ambitious and mission-oriented individual to join us as Regional Managing Director, Africa. This role provides strategic leadership for a large, complex, multi-country region by overseeing the development and execution of conservation, fundraising, marketing and communications, government relations, finance and operational priorities. They will ensure the successful implementation of the TNC Africa 2018-2025 strategy and the Shared Conservation Agenda for programs in the region specifically maximizing the region’s contribution to TNC’s 2030 Goals and alignment with TNC’s mission.

In this role we are seeking a dynamic individual with deep strategic engagement experience to lead across Africa in an ambitious and highly mission-driven organization. The successful Regional Managing Director, Africa will demonstrate significant strategic leadership experience in international conservation and sustainability related fields. You will bring experience in leading large multi-disciplinary teams and of communicating with and presenting to diverse audiences. Most importantly, you will demonstrate a genuine alignment with the values of TNC and seek to apply your leadership skills towards achieving its crucial mission.
