A Blueprint for Better Business is an independent charity whose purpose is to create a better society through better business. We act as a catalyst to help businesses be inspired and guided by a purpose that benefits society and respects people and planet. We believe businesses across all sectors and sizes can be a force for good and while we work primarily with senior people in large companies, we also engage with policymakers, investors, academics, and government to promote purpose-led business. Our work is about stimulating and energising a different way of thinking and behaving in business.

We are now seeking a credible, proven leader with the utmost commitment to integrity and purpose-led business to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer from 1 May 2022. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading our future strategy and innovation, raising the profile of Blueprint, increasing partnerships and diversifying our funding sources to maintain the independence of the Blueprint Trust.

The next CEO will be an authentic, principled leader who can serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across business, government, NGOs, and academia and represent Blueprint’s framework as a guiding force for a more sustainable and inclusive society. With demonstrated experience working in, or with, the private sector, you will bring an authentic, collaborative and coaching leadership style. A confident spokesperson, you will be able to communicate compellingly across a wide range of audiences. Most importantly, you will align with the values and mission of Blueprint for Better Business.
