We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Project Manager within our rapidly growing Hong Kong office in Central.

The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Managing Partners and the wider team to manage client accounts and projects as well as coordinating day-to-day running of the office. The successful applicant will serve as the primary administrative point of liaison with our clients as well as candidates, ensuring that our search processes run smoothly and on schedule. Working closely with the rest of the team, you will take ownership of and responsibility for client relationship management of a portfolio of projects simultaneously.

**Please note that this is a Team Secretary and Office Manager role in nature.**

Main duties include:

  • Supporting the Managing Partners and the wider team in managing client accounts;
  • Track and manage timeline of search processes in close collaboration with the wider team, as well as with the client;
  • Data entry and database management;
  • Document proof reading, formatting, and preparation;
  • Coordination of travel for the office and schedule management;
  • General office administration duties, including but not limited to simple bookkeeping, organizing mail, couriers, office supplies, and various vendor management;
  • Supporting the team in ad hoc projects as required.

Person Specification:

  • degree educated;
  • 1-3 years working experience, experiences in the recruitment industry is not required, experience in higher education industry will be an advantage;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Ideally both Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point);
  • ability to be articulate and clear, both in person and on the telephone, and confident liaising with leaders at the most senior level;
  • solutions-focused and results-driven and thrive in a challenging time-sensitive environment whilst remaining calm under pressure and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity;
  • highly organized with an outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-level of service;
  • positive, curious, enthusiastic and a great team player, as well as highly capable of working independently;
  • flexible mindset, strong work ethic, demonstrated initiative and ability to think outside the box;
  • strong appreciation and understanding of the importance of punctuality, responsibility and discretion required for this role;

  • prior experience working within a team secretarial role or within an office environment desirable.
