We are seeking a Director of Jobs for Students to deliver a step change for our students in their graduate employment prospects, a role that will embed an employability strategy and framework across the University to provide high quality placement opportunities, develop the employability skills of our students, embed graduate attributes in the core curriculum and prepare students for the rapidly evolving job market.

The new Director will bring deep and current knowledge of recruitment trends in the graduate labour market and a proven ability to develop meaningful partnerships. An experienced and collaborative leader, the Director will be able to work effectively with stakeholders in the University and with industry and public sector bodies for the benefit of our students. They will share our genuine commitment to a leading student experience that shapes the lives of our graduates and provides them with the skills and capabilities to succeed.
