The White Horse Federation is a growing and aspirational multi-academy trust supporting primary schools, secondary schools, and special (SEMH) schools. Founded in 2012, our Federation is now among the largest multi-academy trusts in South West England, collaborating to provide a first-class education to over 10,000 pupils in more than 30 schools.

We seek a new HR Director who will be the architect of the Federation’s people strategy, reporting directly to the CEO, and partnering with all senior leaders and the Board of Trustees as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. They will champion the Federation through a period of change and growth, bringing positive structure and innovation to HR services and solutions at all levels.

We seek an experienced and high performing HR professional, preferably a Chartered MCIPD or FCIPD. Applications are welcomed from individuals with HR experience across a variety of organisations and sectors. Previous experience within the academy sector is not a requirement but candidates must be able to demonstrate the capacity to transfer their experience, skills and knowledge into a high performing education setting.

The White Horse Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure & Barring Service.
