We are now seeking an exceptional individual to lead the University in the next phase of its evolution. The Principal and Vice-Chancellor is responsible for articulating a vision and a strategic agenda that combine ambition for the University with sensitivity to the needs of students, staff and other stakeholders. Candidates will need to evidence a successful track record of senior leadership within a higher education institution, or similarly complex setting, as well as experience of creating a vision and setting strategy and a track record of leading positive change in the outcomes relating to equality, diversity and inclusion.
