Bradfield College has inspired generations of young people to make a difference to the world since 1850. With a forward-looking Strategy and following the announcement of the establishment of the Bradfield Group, the College is looking to its 200th anniversary in 2050 with ambition, and its new Deputy Head (Academic) will play a key strategic leadership role in helping to position the College for the future.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader and classroom practitioner, able to empower all learners to develop to their full potential, both academically and personally. A compelling ambassador, they will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all academic matters within the College, delivering a bold and innovative vision for the culture of teaching and learning, enrichment, and achievement. They will demonstrate sophisticated strategic thinking and a proven track record of leading nuanced, data-informed change as a Senior or experienced Middle Leader.
