This is a crucial role, and one that is vital for the first-rate professional operation of Perrett Laver’s London office. It requires a person of considerable talent and commitment who has the ability to manage the company’s office environment.

The main responsibilities of the post are outlined below. However, as with all employees of Perrett Laver, the willingness to be flexible and take on additional tasks and responsibilities when appropriate is essential. You will ensure the efficient running and maintenance of our office space, working closely with the Operations Manager on operational matters and taking responsibility for all matters relating to the office facilities, health and safety, suppliers, as well as building management liaison. This includes but is not limited to:


•            Being the point of contact with the building management to manage and maintain shared services (Aircon, Lifts, Waste Collection Services etc);

•            Managing office service suppliers (cleaners, emergency lighting etc);

•            Managing and organising maintenance of office facilities (kitchen, print room etc);

•            Manage office entry key card issuance, ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines;

•            Ordering supplies for office facilities (catering, stationery etc).

•            Equipment champion, telephone, AV, laptop and systems expert, training new staff and answering queries;

•            Work closely with the Operations Manager on ad hoc office projects;

•            CRM data management and report processing;

•            Supporting the Operations Manager with IT and HR administration, including but not limited to new starter set up, leaver administration etc.
