Our Global Social Impact & Environment Practice has experienced significant growth since they were established. We work with a diverse range of clients internationally across global development, domestic charity, humanitarian response, human rights, environmental, sustainability, social enterprise, think tanks and research institutes, impact investment and private consultancy. Our work also intersects with that of governments and academia.
As a Senior Consultant, you work within the wider Consulting Team responsible for the delivery of our work. With significant responsibility for delivering, leading and generating, a Senior Consultant will deliver number of key activities within the team. The successful candidate will have experience working within, or with, the sectors the Social Impact and Environment Practice serve including, but not restricted to, charities, government, foundations and social enterprise. This position is particularly seeking candidates with proven expertise or understanding across Climate, Sustainability and Conservation in the UK or globally. Candidates with experience in professional service, consultancy, or human resources will also be viewed favourably.
The successful candidate will have experience working with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and in project delivery.
Previous experiece working in executive search is not required though may be beneficial.
