Perrett Laver Singapore is now seeking a Client Account Manager (which internally we call a Project Manager) to support our work in Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region. The Client Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Partners and the wider team to sustain client partnerships and to deliver distinct projects as well as coordinating day-to-day running of the office. The successful applicant will serve as the primary administrative point of liaison with our clients as well as candidates, ensuring that our search processes run smoothly and on schedule. Working closely with the rest of the team, you will take ownership of and responsibility for client relationship management of a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
Main duties include: management of timeline and resourcing of search processes in close collaboration with the wider team, as well as with the client; close liaison with the client administrative/hr team; data entry and database management; supporting the preparation of internal and external documents (e.g. update reports, advertising and candidate information material); vendor management; diary management; organization of meetings and travel; general office administration duties. 

Person Specification

We are seeking people with the following:


The role requires a person who is detail oriented with exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, enjoy client service at the highest level of quality and will remain professional and solution focused when under pressure.

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent);
  • At least 3 years working experience in a relevant dynamic environment; experiences in the recruitment industry is not required; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally one other Asian language; 
  • High level of digital literacy;
  • Ability to be articulate and clear, both in person and by audio/video, and confident liaising with leaders at the most senior level;
  • Solutions-focused and results-driven and demonstrated potential to thrive in a challenging time-sensitive environment whilst remaining calm under pressure and handle all situations appropriately with care and integrity;
  • Highly organized with an outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-level of service;
  • Positive, curious, enthusiastic and a great team player, as well as highly capable of working independently;
  • Flexible mindset, strong work ethic, demonstrated initiative and ability to think outside the box;
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of the importance of time sensitive work, responsibility and discretion required for this role;
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Perrett Laver;
  • Prior experience working within a team administrative role or within a client facing office environment desirable.
