The Director of Estates is responsible for the management and stewardship of the University’s extensive estate, including c. 1000 staff and 550 buildings. Reporting to the Director of Place and playing a crucial position in the Corporate Services Senior Team, the role impacts the entire span of the University and its’ related activities. It is essential that the individual can inject imagination, innovation, and energy to develop our estate for the future.  Providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership across the key portfolios to deliver very significant high value projects and high quality, efficient, agile, and responsive services which represent excellent outcomes from the University’s investment, and excellent student and staff experience.
