Project Manager

The Role 

Project Managers are integral to the executive search process and are responsible for ensuring our clients, candidates and colleagues receive world-class administration across all areas of the business. 

The role requires a person of considerable talent who has the ability and highly developed organisational skills to proactively juggle multiple tasks and perform them at pace with accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise, multitask and remain calm and professional under pressure while working to tight deadlines are all keys to success.

There is substantial contact with both clients and candidates, so highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including a strong customer service ethos and an appreciation of the importance of quality, discretion, and integrity. 

The position also requires a personable nature with strong teamwork skills who is willing to actively contribute and support internal project teams and colleagues more generally. 

This position will be based in Perrett Laver’s London office. Perrett Laver supports a flexible hybrid working model.
