The Department is now seeking to appoint a new Head to succeed Professor Puay-Peng Ho. The successful candidate will be an exceptionally dynamic and visionary leader and a champion of architecture and design. The appointee will have the stature, intellectual power and energy necessary to inspire a world class group of outstanding academics and professionals, the Department’s national and international partners as well as undergraduate and graduate students. With a deep commitment to transdisciplinary work, the next Head will guide the Departmental strategy to take advantage of the wide-ranging expertise NUS has to offer and to contribute to the creative and intellectual life of both the College and the University more widely. This is an exciting opportunity to shape – in collaboration with outstanding colleagues and partners - the future of one of the world’s leading departments and advance its truly ground-breaking work in both education and research.
