As our receptionist you will be at the heart of our visitor experience, wholly responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome, tailoring your service approach to each individual you meet. Alongside this, you will effortlessly manage and maintain our reception areas and all meeting rooms, and be the point of contact for day-to-day post, courier and supplier management.

This is an exciting and crucial role, and one that is vital for the first-rate professional operation of Perrett Laver’s London office and Front of House space. It requires a bright individual of considerable talent and commitment, who has the ability to proactively juggle multiple tasks while working in a busy, fast paced environment. Standard Hours: This position is full time, 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with opportunity to extend. This opportunity has become available again due to an internal promotion.
