The Governors seek a visionary and inspiring Bursar to partner with the Head, Mrs Emma Pattison, and to play a key strategic leadership role in helping to position the College for the future. By providing strong strategic, financial, and commercially ambitious leadership they will ensure that the excellent educational offer at Epsom College is supported by a confident and enterprising bursary team.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative and flexible leader, possessing the organisational abilities and interpersonal skills to lead a high level of strategic and operational delivery. They will bring successful vision and skills to maximise the commercial potential of the College while demonstrating a record of senior leadership and management experience. They will also bring outstanding communication skills, an ethos of continuous improvement and a demonstrable commitment to developing a world class 21st century co-educational environment.
