The Principal and the Governing Body now seek an outstanding Bursar to provide strong operational, financial and strategic leadership, ensuring the efficient and integrated delivery of a range of services in support of the School. The successful candidate will hold relevant degree/professional qualifications and will combine a strong track record of broad operational management experience with the skills to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. With first-class interpersonal skills and significant business acumen, the new Bursar will balance a capacity for strategic thinking with a strong grasp of detail. A strong service ethos and genuine commitment to supporting NLCS Jeju in providing an aspirational academic education is essential.
