The Blavatnik School of Government and Trinity College intend to appoint to the Dame Louise Richardson Professor in Global Security which is tenable from the start of the 2023/24 academic year (or soon thereafter). This new post presents an outstanding opportunity for a candidate of high calibre to help lead the School’s mission to improve government across the world through research, education, and engagement of the highest quality.
The Dame Louise Richardson Professor will be a fully engaged member of the School community and will help build the institution in its second decade. They will be a scholar of international distinction with an exceptional track record of research and teaching on global security that will fit with the School’s commitment to practical education and research.
You will be expected to play a leading role in developing the School’s research profile and teaching portfolio. You will be an inspirational teacher who will make a significant contribution to the planning and delivery of the School’s innovative academic programmes. You will be an active publisher with an excellent research profile, keen to play a leading role in the School’s research agenda.
