Our 22 schools and comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities bring out the best in every student through a personalised approach to learning and by inspiring curious minds.

At ESF, we are deeply engaged in what makes for a world-class education for now and for the future.  To be an ESF Principal is to play a significant role in shaping this conversation. We are ambitious for our students, our people and our ESF family, and our Principals are key to our ongoing development and success.

We now seek a new Principal for Beacon Hill School, a flourishing school of 540 students aged 5-11.  First established in 1967, the School serves the Kowloon area of Hong Kong and is a happy, diverse and inclusive community offering a personalised approach to education.

As an ESF Principal you will be empowered to drive change, manage complex issues, innovate and continually improve outcomes.  The appointee will build on Beacon Hill’s many existing strengths and lead the School forward with vision and ambition.  They will offer significant senior leadership and management experience, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record in cultivating innovation.  A commitment to contributing to the wider development and strategic direction of ESF as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee is essential.
