We now seek a new Principal for South Island School, a dynamic and innovative community of 1,400 students aged 11-19.  Located on the south side of Hong Kong Island, South Island School offers exciting learning experiences, academic rigour and rich co-curricular life in a vibrant green setting with fantastic facilities.

As an ESF Principal you will be empowered to drive change, manage complex issues, innovate and continually improve outcomes.  We seek a world-class leader who can build on this school’s many existing strengths and lead it forward with vision and ambition.  The appointee will offer significant senior leadership and management experience, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record in cultivating innovation.  A commitment to contributing to the wider development and strategic direction of ESF as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee is essential.
