The Director will lead the delivery of the Estates Strategy, continuing to shape our campus to meet the needs of students and staff in a post-pandemic environment.
The postholder will oversee a team of nearly 150 staff, and recurrent budget of £38m per annum. They will be part of the University’s Professional Services Leadership Group, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with colleagues across professional services and the Schools.
