Dulwich College (Singapore) is a member of the world-renowned Dulwich College International (DCI) family of schools, and part of Education in Motion (EiM), a growing family of premier education brands pioneering education for a sustainable future. The College delivers a first-class education to nearly 3,000 students aged 2-18 and aspires to become one of the very best international schools in the world.

The new Head of DUCKS (Dulwich College Kindergartens) will have strategic and operational oversight of a large, high-performing school of 728 students aged 2-7.  With its distinctive Mandarin dual language approach, inquiry-based learning model and commitment to outdoor learning as the first international school in Singapore to introduce Forest School, DUCKS has many strengths. The school has enjoyed a decade of outstanding leadership from Joanne Woodward and this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to its continued success.

For individuals aspiring to broader global leadership roles, this post offers an excellent opportunity to develop as a leader in a school, setting a course for educational excellence in South East Asia.

The appointee will bring a track record of successful leadership experience most likely gained as a Head together with deep expertise in and passion for early years (aged 2-7) education. An innovative educationalist, s/he will hold in balance the heritage and traditions of Dulwich with the global perspective and cultural awareness of Dulwich College (Singapore). Strong organisational management skills and strategic capability are crucial, as is the gravitas and interpersonal skills required to engage successfully across the breadth of the College’s internal and external stakeholders.
