Middlesex in the Community (MITC) is a new initiative charged with the delivery of physical activity, health, education, wellbeing, and social inclusion in Middlesex. Our mission is to increase participation and engagement across our diverse county and run exciting projects which deliver lasting impact in making cricket more accessible for all. To help us deliver for our communities as we approach the next phase in our development, we are now seeking to recruit 3 new Trustees to join our board.

Our goal is to get more people involved in cricket and we are committed to removing barriers to engagement and participation in the game, particularly amongst communities that have a history of exclusion and who are underrepresented in the grassroots and professional levels.

This is an exciting opportunity for innovative and proactive individuals to drive progress at MITC as we establish ourselves as a charity, helping to unlock new revenue streams, embed new governance systems, and ensure we are at the forefront of pioneering the most impactful and inclusive means to engage as many people from our communities as possible.

The successful candidates will share our values and commitment and be equipped with the necessary skills to help take forward our vision and reach our strategic goals.
